At what level should asteroids and fixed stars be ranked in reading charts?

As soon as many people open the market and see asteroids, fixed stars, Arabian points and various additional parameters, they mistakenly think that the smaller they are, the more advanced they are. In fact, the first thing that determines the accuracy of disk reading is not whether you can read more points, but whether you have caught the main line first. What really determines the skeleton of a chart is the sun, moon, ascendant, ascendant, personal planets, house distribution and major aspects.

If these core structures have not been explained clearly, you will rush to zoom in on the asteroids and fixed stars, and understand that it will easily look lively, but in fact there is no center of gravity. You may say a lot of sentences that sound like they're true, but you won't be able to answer what this person's most stable relationship patterns are, where their deepest security issues lie, or why a certain theme reoccurs.

On the first level, we first look at who is speaking as the subject, that is, which planet is the most important, which houses are the most important, and which aspects are the tightest. The second level looks at how this power is amplified or suppressed, such as whether it is in the corner house, whether it is closely connected with the rising sun and moon or the main star of the life, and whether there is nobility and repeated evidence. It was the third level's turn to add points and ask if it could make the established main line more specific.

For example, if you have confirmed that the relationship is the main line, only then can Juno have the opportunity to supplement the commitment needs, Ceres can supplement the caring methods, and Vesta can supplement the boundaries and investment methods. You have confirmed that career exposure and public image are important, and only then fixed stars such as Regulus, Spica, and Sirius may enter the main story. Their job is not to create a new narrative, but to make the main line clearer.

Asteroids are more suitable for filling in thematic details. Ceres for physical care, nourishment, and a sense of loss, Pallas for strategy and pattern recognition, Juno for relationship contracts and fairness, and Vesta for focus, guardianship, and a sense of sacred duty. They are more like helping you make a topic more concrete after the core personality and life structure have been established.

Fixed stars are more like degree highlighters. They often require very tight orbs, especially with conjunctions to the Sun, Moon, Ascendant, Zenith, Ascendant, or personal planets. The fixed star is not the daily subject, but more like pushing a certain core point to a brighter position. Without a core connection, they shouldn't overwhelm the main thread; with a core connection, they can help you explain why a subject carries a particularly strong sense of honor, brilliance, idealization, intensity, or exposure.

When it’s time to really increase the weight, three conditions usually appear at the same time. First, this point is very closely connected with the core point, such as conjunct the sun, moon, ascendant, life lord, zenith, or closely connected with the key palace lords related to relationships, career, and family. Second, it reiterates and supports the main conclusion that is already established, rather than taking the disc in a completely unfamiliar new direction. Third, it can find a clear landing point in real experience, rather than just staying at the level of symbolic words.

On the contrary, if an asteroid or fixed star only exists in isolation, has a wide tolerance, and is not repeatedly supported by other structures, then it is more suitable to be placed in the annotation rather than in the main line. The reason why many understandings are out of focus is not because there is too little information, but because details that should be on the side are forced to the center.

The most common problem is not to interpret a certain asteroid backwards, but to put it where it shouldn't be. For example, when you see Juno, you rush to end your marriage, when you see Regulus, you rush to end your reputation, and when you see Antares, you rush to danger and disaster. These are all wrong sequences. They treat supplemental layers as mainline layers.

Another common misunderstanding is that because a product can display many points, each point should be included in the report. Showing competence and explaining priorities are not the same thing. A good interpretation must dare not to read low-weighted information, and must be able to explain why this point deserves to enter the main line, and also explain why other points, although they exist, should still remain in the supplementary layer.

The most practical way is to first open only the core chart: sun and moon rising, life ruler, personal planets, houses, and major aspects. First write down two or three main conclusions that you think have been established, such as relationship security is very important, career visibility is the main line, and family and control issues appear repeatedly. Then look at the asteroids and fixed stars and ask if they are helping you to make these conclusions more concrete, rather than suddenly creating a new narrative.

If a sensitive point and a core point are closely connected, and it just makes the original main line clearer, such as making commitment needs, care methods, intensity sources, and high exposure more specific, it is worthy of final interpretation. If it just exists but doesn't help make the main line clear, then let it go. A truly mature tape reader is not to read every point, but to know what should be said first, what should be said last, and what actually needs to be left unsaid.
