What is the difference between L1 and L2 cycles?

When many people see L1 and L2 for the first time, they think they are just two technical levels. In fact, the easier way to understand is: L1 is responsible for telling you which chapter of life you have reached now, and L2 tells you which sub-line is currently being promoted most specifically within this chapter. L1 gives the background, stage and main proposition; L2 gives the most active plot focus on the stage at the moment.

Without L1, L2 is easily broken; without L2, L1 is easily too thick.

If you only look at L1, you will know whether you are in the career chapter, relationship chapter, organization chapter, rising chapter or turning chapter, but you may not necessarily know why you have focused on a certain sub-topic in recent months. On the other hand, if you only focus on L2, you may misinterpret a local rhythm as the whole life has changed track. Mature judgment must be to first use L1 to determine the general background, and then use L2 to see which part is shining at the moment.

Once the levels are sorted out, many of the questions "Why are you feeling like this lately?" will have answers.

L1 said that you are going through a stage where your career and sense of responsibility have become heavier, and L2 will further tell you that this short paragraph is more like talking about cooperation, exposure, team changes, resources, health load, or relationship traction. It makes the large abstract stage perceptible, usable, and corresponding to reality. What is really lacking in many cases is this explanation of "I know what the big background is, but what level am I specifically dealing with now?"

Therefore, the value of L2 is not more mysterious, but closer to life.

Also in a big stage, you may find that one half of the year is like a career sprint, another is like a relationship rearrangement, and later it becomes a real arrangement. That's not because the judgment is messed up, but because the levels are switching. L1 determines the big background, and L2 breaks the big background into small stages that you can really feel at the moment.

Being able to read L1 and L2 is essentially learning to layer your own sense of time in life.
