Ziwei Dou Shu, horoscopes and astrology can all predict life. What is the difference between them?

What is the difference between Ziwei, BaZi and astrology?

Bazi pays more attention to the five elements, ten gods and momentum, Ziwei pays more attention to palaces, stars and the influence of the four transformations, and astrology pays more attention to planets, constellations, palaces and aspects. The three can prove each other, but they cannot be mixed into a set of rhetoric.

The horoscopes first look at the momentum and relationship.

The Bazi divides the birth time into four pillars: year, month, day, and hour, and then uses the sun as the center to look at the five elements, the relationship between the ten gods, the strength and weakness, the pattern, and the flow of the great fortune. It is particularly good at looking at structural resources, pressures, outputs, constraints and stage changes.

The question of the horoscope is "in what climate and relationship does this sun master operate?" Its grammar is the Five Elements and the Ten Gods, not the Xingyao Palace.

Ziwei first looks at the palace position and influence

Ziwei Doushu puts life into the twelfth house, and then looks at how the main star, auxiliary star, evil star, four transformations, and the great limit are connected. It is particularly good at bringing problems down to specific areas: relationships, career, wealth, migration, merit, land, and personal networks.

Ziwei's question is "Which star dominates a certain field, which fields affect each other, and when is it triggered?" Its grammar is palace, star, three directions, four directions and four transformations.

Astrology first looks at psychological functions and aspects

Astrology uses planets, signs, houses, aspects and time techniques to read a chart. Planets are like psychological functions, signs are like expressions, houses are like areas of occurrence, and aspects are like interactions between functions. It's great for breaking down personality levels, relationship interactions, developmental stages, and event triggers.

Mutual verification is allowed, but no forced translation is required.

The three systems can inspire each other, but they cannot be roughly equal. For example, the "official killing" of the horoscope is not equal to the "career palace" of Ziwei, the "Huaji" of Ziwei is not equal to the "Saturn" of the astrology, and the "ascension" of the astrology is not equal to the life palace of Ziwei. They may both be talking about stress, boundaries, or life entry points, but the evidence structure is different.

The mature approach is to read them individually first and then see if they repeatedly refer to the same topic. Repeated evidence can enhance judgment; when they conflict with each other, they must return to the level of their respective systems and cannot forcefully collage them.
