Ziwei Dou Shu is a symbolic chart language that organizes life domains through palaces, stars, palace networks, transformation flows, and time layers. A responsible reading describes conditions and priorities rather than treating one star as a fixed destiny.

Start by defining the question and locating the relevant palace, then check the Life and Body Palaces, the opposite and trine network, the stars, Four Transformations, and only then the major or annual time layer. Reading order assigns each layer a job and prevents single-star conclusions.

A Ziwei chart can be read in layers: palaces define the life field, stars describe expression, supporting and challenging stars modify conditions, Four Transformations show direction under a chosen method, and time layers indicate when a structure is emphasized.

Ziwei Dou Shu, BaZi and Western astrology use different evidence units. Ziwei starts with palaces, stars, networks and Four Transformations; BaZi starts with the Four Pillars, Five Elements, Ten Gods and momentum; astrology starts with planets, signs, houses and aspects. They may offer mutual evidence on one topic, but they cannot be mixed into one vocabulary.

Ziwei can help organize questions about life domains, palace influence, stage priorities, behavior patterns, and risk checks. It cannot diagnose, guarantee outcomes, read private thoughts, or replace medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, workplace, relationship, or safety judgment.

Ziwei Dou Shu can describe tendencies, roles, and stages, but it should not become a fixed verdict. A responsible reading connects palace, stars, network, transformations, and timing to observable conditions, then calibrates the interpretation against reality and choice.
