Terms of Service

By accessing, registering for, or using any Viamogo service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the service.

• These terms apply to the Viamogo website, mobile applications, paid digital content, consultation services, and the advisor marketplace
• Supplementary policies including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Community Guidelines form an integral part of this agreement
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, where required, notified to you in advance
• Your continued use of the service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the term of your account. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable; you may not sell, assign, sublicense, lease, or share your account with any third party
• All actions taken under your account credentials are deemed to be authorized by you, regardless of whether you actually authorized them
• You must notify Viamogo immediately at [email protected] upon discovering any unauthorized access, credential compromise, or suspected security breach
• Viamogo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or are used in violation of these terms

Viamogo provides interpretive readings, cultural insight content, and AI-assisted analysis based on astrological, numerological, and metaphysical frameworks. All output is intended for cultural enrichment, personal reflection, and entertainment purposes only.

• Viamogo services do not constitute and shall not be construed as medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, investment, or any other form of licensed professional advice
• All interpretive outcomes are probabilistic, subjective, and context-dependent; no specific result, accuracy level, or outcome is warranted or guaranteed
• You assume full responsibility for any decisions, actions, or omissions you make based on or influenced by Viamogo content or consultations
• For matters of health, law, finance, or other regulated fields, you should consult qualified, licensed professionals in the relevant jurisdiction

You agree to use Viamogo services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these terms. You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the service, or infringes upon the rights of Viamogo or third parties.

• Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: harassment, threats, hate speech, defamation, distribution of illegal or infringing content, fraud, impersonation, and any activity that violates applicable law
• You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, crawl, or derive source code from any part of the service, or circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or access-control mechanisms
• Soliciting or facilitating off-platform transactions to avoid platform fees, safety mechanisms, or dispute resolution processes is strictly prohibited
• Viamogo reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including content removal, account suspension, and reporting to law enforcement

Digital credits, subscription plans, and other paid entitlements are licenses to access designated features within the Viamogo platform. All prices, entitlements, and validity periods are as displayed at the time of purchase.

• Credits and prepaid balances are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as specifically required by applicable law
• Subscription charges recur automatically at the applicable billing interval unless cancelled before the renewal date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds for digital content are limited to cases of verified technical failure, non-delivery, or material service deficiency; refund eligibility is determined at Viamogo's reasonable discretion
• Refund and dispute requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date, accompanied by a description of the issue and any supporting evidence

All software, algorithms, computational models, visual designs, trademarks, trade dress, written content, and other materials provided through or generated by the Viamogo platform are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any Viamogo content or technology without prior written authorization
• Content you submit or upload remains your property; however, you grant Viamogo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, and process such content as necessary to operate and improve the service
• If you submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, you bear sole legal liability; Viamogo may remove such content and suspend the associated account without prior notice
• Viamogo respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid notices of claimed infringement in accordance with applicable law

Viamogo may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms, pose a security risk, engage in suspected unlawful activity, or if required by law or regulation.

• Enforcement actions may include, without limitation: content removal, feature restriction, transaction freezing, account suspension, or permanent account termination
• Where practicable, Viamogo will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before taking permanent enforcement action, except in cases involving safety, security, or legal requirement
• Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately; any accrued payment obligations, indemnification duties, and intellectual property restrictions survive termination
• Data subject to legal retention requirements will be retained for the period mandated by applicable law and then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• In no event shall Viamogo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
• Viamogo's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Viamogo in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim
• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Viamogo and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the service, or your violation of any third-party rights
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Viamogo's operating entity is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through the mechanisms described below.

• Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days following written notice of the dispute
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as determined by the nature of the claim and applicable law
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, claims shall be brought in an individual capacity only; class actions, collective actions, and representative proceedings are waived unless such waiver is unenforceable under applicable law
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect
